SHADES is getting creative and eco-friendly! ♻️✨Powell’s Recycle Club has been busy turning scrap fabric into beautiful, handmade bookmarks and coasters. Instead of letting leftover materials go to waste, our students are learning the power of upcycling — transforming scraps into something useful, meaningful, and uniquely their own.Through this hands-on project, students are building creativity, fine motor skills, and environmental awareness while working together and sharing ideas. NH Cooking Club is having a blast in the kitchen! 🧇🍌🥜This week, our young chefs learned how to make their waffles healthier by swapping out syrup and butter for peanut butter and fresh bananas. Not only did they have fun spreading, slicing, and creating their own tasty combinations, but they also learned about making smart, nutritious choices that fuel their bodies.Hands-on cooking builds confidence, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits — and the best part?
