Welcome to SHADES @ Central Office. 
SHADES of Development works hard to develop systems and processes that ensure quality in afterschool programming.  The Central Office staff work dilligently to provide support, guidance and oversight in programming, fisical management, HR, oversight and compliance.  We are please to introduce the SHADES Central Office Team!
