Return Customers Only – Pre-registration
Returning Families simply access your MyProcare account at myprocare.com and select the Fall pre-registration option in the lower left hand corner of the screen to pre-register (pre-registration does not register your child, it only starts the process. See below to complete the registration process) If you have not yet created a Myprocare account, enter your e-mail address listed with SHADES to get started.
Your registration is not complete until you have been contacted by a SHADES staff member to complete and an orientation. You will be given a deadline (typically 48 hours from the time of contact) to complete and submit orientation, paperwork, and applicable fees. Failure to adhere to the deadline will result in forfeiting your child space and you will be added to the end of the pre-registration waiting list.

Select your school. Once you have completed pre-registration information, you will be contacted to complete an oreintation if space is available in the program. You will be given a deadline (typically 48 hours from the time of contact) to complete and submit orientation, registration paperwork, and any applicalble fees. Failure to complete the registration process by submitting all required items will forfeit your child’s space and you will be moved to the end of the pre-registration waiting list. Once your account is set up, payments may be made by credit card through myprocare.com.
Enrollment Paperwork
SHADES of Development provides a variety of services that match the needs of the communities we serve. Please select the site location appropriate for you. You may then either complete the paperwork as a fillable document, save and e-mail it to your site location, print and complete the paperwork or visit your site location to receive the paperwork. All SHADES participants must attend orientation, submit the requested paperwork and pay any applicable fees in order to complete the registration process. Your Site Director will call to set up an orientation if space is available. Site contact information can be found under the location tab of this website.

Child Pick-up starts at 4:00PM
Please note: SHADES hours on regular school days are from school release time until 6:00pm Monday – Friday. Student pick-up from SHADES does not begin until 4:00pm. Our building is secure and all of our staff members are busy accounting for, and caring for your child(ren) between school release and 4:00pm. There will not be anyone to assist you with pick up between school release time and 4:00pm. A designated sign-out staff member will be available from 4:00-6:00pm each day to assist you with sign-out. Please adhere to our designated pick up times for the smooth functioning of our programs and safety of your children.
